The Ty Curtis Band plays original blues, rock, funk and even a little swing. The band's sound is based around Ty Curtis on guitar and vocals with Jim Smith on bass, Davis Brown on drums and Jeff Grechney on harmonica. The band has only been together about a year and a half (February 2006)but they play like they've been together for years.

The bands' debut CD has been picked up for distribution by pacificblues.com.

The Ty Curtis Band plays original blues, rock, funk and even a little swing. The band's sound is based around Ty Curtis on guitar and vocals with Jim Smith on bass, Davis Brown on drums and Jeff Grechney on harmonica. The band has only been together about a year and a half (February 2006)but they play like they've been together for years.

The bands' debut CD has been picked up for distribution by pacificblues.com. The CD has also received airplay on radio stations in Oregon and on several stations in Europe.

The band was thrilled to get to perform at the Waterfront Blues Festival in Portland,OR this past July. The summer has included shows at festivals like The Bite of Oregon, Bones & Brews, The Oregon State Fair and DaVinci Days as well as numerous club shows including Lefty's, Cascade Bar & Grill and Roadhouse 101. From a standing ovation at the Waterfront Blues Festival to packed houses at Leftys and Roadhouse 101, the band has been having a great time and from the looks of things, so are the the growing numbers of fans.
