There is more than one band with the name "The Trouble" 1- The Trouble formed in the spring of 1996 from the ashes of a failed basement punk band called "Saturdays Kids" that had, earlier that year, played the talent show at Belmont High.

Gibby and Mike Hendricks thought that the words to the band's "Bird Trouble" were: "You got you got you know what? THE TROUBLE", (instead of "Bird Trouble") and the name stuck.
