Casting his nets in central Alabama's rock'n'roll clubs, Bains assembled the Glory Fires: drummer Blake Williamson ('Black Willis', 'Taylor Hollingsworth', 'Dan Sartain'), bass player Justin Colburn ('Model Citizen', 'Arkadelphia'), and guitar player Matt Wurtele.
