H.E.A.T is a melodic 'hard rock' band that formed in Sweden in the year 2007, after two previous bands, 'Trading Fate' and 'Dream', combined. The band signed to Peter Stormares record label StormVox and released their debut album, 'H.E.A.T,' (also known as just 'Heat'), in 2008. They're greatly influenced by '70s' 'arena rock' bands such as 'Kiss' as well as '80s' and '90s' 'heavy metal' bands such as 'Twisted Sister'.
