Denai Moore was born in Spanish Town, Jamaica. When she was 10, Moore and her family relocated to Stratford, East London and she got her first guitar. After the song 'Flaws' surfaced in 2012 through Hardlivings, Denai's first full release was ''Saudade'' EP (including 'Wolves' and 'Gone' on 'Because Music'. It was followed by 'The Lake' EP in November 2013. A year later, 'I Swore' and 'Feeling' were released, as well as a collaboration with 'SBTRKT' on 'The Light'.
