1) Cymbals were a Japanese rock band active from 1997-2003. The trio comprised vocalist TOKI Asako ('土岐麻子'), bassist/guitarist OKII Reiji ('沖井礼二') and drummer YANO Hiroyasu ('矢野博康'). While breaking up in September 2003, they played a final 90-minute farewell concert at Shibuya O-East on January 20, 2004. The members remain active musically in solo projects.

2) Cymbals are a London three piece who released their debut, Unlearn, on 9th May 2011 through 'Tough Love Records'
